Accessibility at Creative Attitude

Digital accessibility is part of inclusion, and we would rather tell you where we actually are than claim something we haven’t earned yet.

Our goal

Creative Attitude is working toward conformance with the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 Level AA across our website and digital content.

Where we are today

Our site does not yet meet WCAG 2.1 AA. We have completed an internal accessibility assessment and built a remediation plan from it. The known gaps include color contrast on some text and interface elements, and keyboard navigation that is not yet complete throughout the site. We are working through them in priority order.

What we are doing about it

  • Working through the remediation plan from our internal assessment, highest-impact barriers first
  • Including meaningful alternative text on images as we publish and as we revisit older content
  • Adding captions to video content
  • Applying accessible design practices in new work, and treating accessibility as part of quality rather than a final check
  • Reassessing the site as changes ship, and reporting progress in our annual impact reporting

Tell us if something isn’t working

If you hit an accessibility barrier on our site, email: info@ourcreativeattitude.com or use our Raise a Concern form. Tell us the page and what happened, and we will respond within 5 business days. If we can’t fix it quickly, we’ll tell you that too, and give you another way to get what you needed.
